Enquiries and booking requests

When you complete a form, you provide your name, contact details and the information needed to answer your enquiry or arrange your taxi. Your request is stored securely for authorised St Agnes Taxis staff to manage. Booking, enquiry and payment notifications are addressed to info@stagnestaxis.co.uk. When email delivery is connected, these notifications are sent through our email delivery provider. Please include only the information needed for your journey.

Online payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure checkout and are not handled by this website’s forms. Your name, email, amount and optional journey reference are sent to Stripe to process and identify your payment. We keep the checkout reference, amount and payment status in the private management area; card details are never stored there. Stripe’s privacy policy describes how it handles payment information.

Website services

The website uses the information you submit to deliver the service you request. Opening the map on the location page connects to Google Maps. Following an external link takes you to that provider’s website.

Visitor statistics

We count page views and estimate daily unique visitors to understand how the website is used. A daily changing identifier is generated on the server from the connection address and browser information. We store this identifier, the page path and visit time, rather than the raw address or browser details. This tracking does not use cookies or browser storage. People sharing a connection may be counted together, and the same person may be counted again on another device or day. Signed-in staff and recognised bots are excluded.
